Board of Directors are locally elected by their constituents within represented districts of the El Dorado County Fire Protection District service areas. Each board member serves a 4-year term of office. Elections occur biennially with 3 Directors elected in one election and 2 Directors elected in the next general election.
Meetings are held at varying locations in Placerville. Please check the agenda on the public meetings calendar page or call the El Dorado County Fire Protection District at 530-644-9630 prior to meetings to confirm the scheduled time and location.
Board meetings are regularly held at 1:00pm the 3rd Thursday of each month.
